2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We deliver across India, with typical delivery timelines as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier-2, Tier-3 Cities & Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery may be delayed due to external factors like weather, strikes, festivals, or courier service disruptions.

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you securely.
You will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on product type, order value, and delivery location.
Any Free Shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on product pages or during checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders may require confirmation via WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

  • Verified COD orders may take 1–2 extra business days to process.

  • Unverified or unreachable COD orders may be cancelled without notice.

6. Online Paid Orders

  • Online orders are processed faster and do not require manual confirmation.

  • We accept secure payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets.

8. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact us immediately at:

For “delivered” but undelivered parcels, please report within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate while placing the order.
Returned parcels due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts may incur reshipping charges.
