Refund policy

At Anantha Textile, your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer a simple and transparent return & refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

  • A mandatory unboxing video is required to raise a return request.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Returns without an unboxing video

  • Customized or altered items

  • Products missing tags, invoice, or packaging

3. How to Request a Return

To raise a return request:

  1. Email us at ananthatextile@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

  2. Mention your Order ID, issue description, and attach the unboxing video.

  3. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.

4. Return Pickup & Inspection

  • After pickup, items go through a quality check at our warehouse.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days.

5. Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, we’ll request your bank or UPI details.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged / Defective Products

In rare cases where the product is defective or wrong:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share a clear unboxing video highlighting the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.

Note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your mobile monitor settings.
