At Anantha Textile, your satisfaction is our priority. If something doesn’t feel right, we offer a simple and transparent return & refund process.
1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.

A mandatory unboxing video is required to raise a return request.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

Returns without an unboxing video

Customized or altered items
-
Products missing tags, invoice, or packaging
3. How to Request a Return
To raise a return request:

Email us at ananthatextile@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item.

Mention your Order ID, issue description, and attach the unboxing video.

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.
4. Return Pickup & Inspection

After pickup, items go through a quality check at our warehouse.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–15 business days.
5. Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For COD orders, we’ll request your bank or UPI details.
-
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged / Defective Products
In rare cases where the product is defective or wrong:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share a clear unboxing video highlighting the issue.

We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund after verification.
Note: Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your mobile monitor settings.
